Return/ Refund Policy offers a 7 day returns policy, which means if you don’t want to keep the item, you can return it to us and get shopping credits for future use.

However, the following conditions apply on all returns:

1. Only unopened, unused items and generic items can be returned. We will not accept returns of products that have been customised/ printed to your specifications.
2. While returning an item, make sure the item is in its original packaging with labels, tags, in saleable condition. Hence, please do not open the packaging, if you decide to return an item.
3. All returned items will be subject to inspection by staff, before proceeding with replacements.

If you require a replacement of your product, please send in a mail with an attached photograph of your product with the product number. Kindly mention the date of delivery in the email. strives towards early closure of all returns. Hence, we take about 48 working hours to pick up the item from your address and the same number of hours to return the replaced item to you. The whole process of returning a product doesn't exceed 14 working days. accepts the return of a part of an order in case of multiple items. We also accept partial shipment returns as well. However, this offer may not apply if you have bought the product in the period of a promotional offer or special schemes. All returns can be effected only after prior approval from the Penstack team. 

Once the refund is confirmed by Team, it can be done either through shop credits or payments. If you get shop credits, you can use them for future purchases at For payment refunds, it usually takes between 7-10 working days for the amount to get reflected in your account.

If you had paid the amount through credit/debit card or net-banking, the refund will be given to the same card/account.


Orders and Tracking will send an email to you regarding the placement of your order. The email will provide you all the details regarding your order.  You can also check on proper placement of order in the “Reports” section of your customer login, under “Order History”.  It will indicate the status of your order. 

If you have received a partial order, rest assured that you will receive the remaining of your order soon. Products that fail to pass quality check usually result in you receiving a partial order.
